· Solid sales experience in any of the following areas:
o Centurion
o Fourways
o Rosebank
o Midrand
o Pretoria East
· Strong network and pipeline of buyers/sellers

What We Expect from you:
· Promote sales through advertisements, open show houses and listing services
· Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience:
· A minimum of 6 month's experience as Sales Agent
· Experience in rental property management and tenant portfolios
Qualifications:
· Registered with PPRA and in possession of a valid FFC
Other Requirements:
· Must have own vehicle and laptop
· Clear criminal and credit record
· Excellent communication and negation skills
· Self-motivated with Integrity
· High-performance mindset
· A relationship mindset that priorities long-term trust over short-term wins
